At Beatty Park, we offer a variety of aqua aerobics classes in our 30 metre, 50 metre and indoor pools.

Whether you’re after a low impact workout, a fat-burning cardio workout or dance-style workout, we have an aqua fitness program to suit you.

FEES 💸

Aqua Fitness classes are included in all full memberships.

Otherwise, you can join classes casually or purchase multi-entry cards. This includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.

HOW TO JOIN 🏊

Members can book a spot in all of our group fitness classes via our Member Portal.

Bookings open 12 hours before the class.

You can access the Member Portal via the same email you signed up with.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk.

 45min | Indoor Pool

Aquabalance is an empowering somatic water exercise experience. Flowing effortless movements are synchronised with breath work and performed to soothing music in the indoor warm water environment. This is followed by flotation or visualisation exercise to increase self-health awareness. With regular sessions, you’ll experience an increase in energy and circulation.

This class is suitable for those with chronic fatigue, respiratory issues, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal injury or pregnancy.

Aqua 4 All is a shallow water, medium intensity workout that uses water and equipment for resistance. 

It is a full body workout that combines cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning and interval training.

Aqua Zumba is a dance-styled class in the pool. You’ll work out to motivational music with unique dance moves and combinations – all in the water. It blends Zumba philosophy with water resistance, creating a safe, low-impact, high-energy aquatic workout.
