BODYCOMBAT is a mix of kick boxing, tai chi, karate and self-defence that trains your legs and tones your arms, back, shoulders and core.

In a BODYCOMBAT class, you'll:

  • Burn up to 740 calories a session
  • Improve your muscle tone
  • Develop coordination, agility and speed
  • Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ

Our instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You can adjust your workout to suit your current fitness level – our instructors will always show you options.

BODYCOMBAT classes go for 55 minutes, but there’s also a 45 minute option.

CLASS FEES

Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.

Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.

Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.

Members can book a spot in BODYCOMBAT via our Member Portal.
