HOW IT WORKS 🏋️
Before your sessions start, one of our qualified personal trainers will conduct a fitness appraisal to see where you're at, which includes:
- Pre-exercise health questionnaire
- Measurements of your resting heart rate, blood pressure, weight, height and skinfold
- Cardiovascular fitness and flexibility assessments
From there, your personal trainer will:
- Design an exercise program according to your goals
- Train you to exercise effectively and safely, with positive reinforcement and feedback
- Keep you accountable, focused and on track
