YOGA VINYASA

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body.

It releases tension in your body and helps you reset as you move through each sequence.

Vinyasa strings postures together so that you seamlessly move from one posture to the next while controlling your breath. It is a vigorous practice aligning breath and movement to make you sweat while relaxing and calming your mind and body.

Regular classes will help you:

  • Improve your posture and back pain
  • Increase your energy levels
  • Reduce stress, anxiety and even burnout

Please bring your own mat to classes.

CLASS FEES

Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.

Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.

Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.

Members can book a spot in Yoga Vinyasa via our Member Portal.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk.
