FITNESS CLASSES FOR SENIORS

Our Energywise exercise program is the perfect fitness solution for over 50s.

The program involves cross-training techniques in the water and on land, so you can try a range of different classes in a safe, supervised and supportive environment.

Energywise is ideal for seniors of all fitness levels, and every class can be tailored to suit your abilities.

Designed to help you improve your physical health, it also gives you a regular time to socialise with a like-minded group of people.

Group fitness can help you:

  • Build your strength and endurance
  • Improve your energy levels and quality of life
  • Reduce the risk of health complications and injury
  • Delay the ageing process 
  • Brighten your mood and lower stress levels
  • Make friends and be part of a community

Our one-hour Energywise sessions happen on Tuesday and Thursday at 1:15PM.

Please note, Energywise classes resume on Thursday February 6.


FEES 💸

Energywise classes are included in our full access memberships, or you can attend classes casually.

  • $12 per casual class, which includes a complimentary swim afterwards
  • $204 for our 10 week program (20 sessions)

Seniors can save 20% off full access memberships (with a valid Senior/Pensioner card) or can take advantage of our full access Off-Peak membership.

HOW TO JOIN 😅

Simply turn up 15 minutes before the class and enrol at our front desk. Make sure you:

  • Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes
  • Bring a towel, bathers and water bottle

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, we recommend you seek GP advice before commencing the program.

We also recommend you complete a fitness appraisal with our gym staff prior to starting Energywise. Fitness appraisals can be booked with our gym team for $27.50 (normally $60).
