Deep Aqua is a low-impact, non-weight bearing form of exercise, so the range of movement and intensity is far greater than you can achieve on dry land, without the impact.

BODYBALANCE is a low impact workout inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates, leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
An adapted form of yoga that allows you to perform yoga movements while seated, making it ideal for seniors and those recovering from injury.
This class is only $5 for non-members and free for members.
Mat Pilates is the perfect mix of low-impact mobility exercises that will help improve your flexibility, strength and posture. Please bring your own mat to classes.
Les Mills Core is all about building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, helping you improve your functional strength and assist in injury prevention. Expect to crunch, plank and hover!
Back to Basics Yoga is the perfect yoga class for beginners and those who prefer a slower pace. It incorporates breathing exercises, helping you improve your breathing while giving you mind-body awareness. Please bring your own mat to classes.
GRIT Athletic is a HIIT workout that uses a step, bodyweight exercises and sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance.
