This fusion class incorporates breath work, with movements focused on core stabilisation, body weight strengthening, balance and flexibility.
Ideal for beginners, there are always options to cater the class to your level of fitness.

Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.
Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
