BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP works the whole body using a barbell and weight plates to shape and tone your muscles.
This program is based on THE REP EFFECT: a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light to moderate weights, while performing high repetitions – the secret to developing lean, athletic muscle.
In a BODYPUMP class, you'll:
- Burn up to 560 calories a session
- Increase your muscular mass
- Improve your physical resistance and posture
Our instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!
BODYPUMP classes go for 55 minutes, but there’s also a few 45 minute options.

CLASS FEES
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.
Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
