POWER FLOW YOGA
Power Flow Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa class that takes inspiration from Ashtanga Yoga, with a focus on synchronised breath-to-movement to deliver a more "athletic and physical" practice.
The focus is on the development of strength by building upon a sequenced flow with attention to alignment and form.
It is recommended that participants have a basic knowledge of yoga principles prior to attending this class.

Fees
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or purchase multi-entry cards. This includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
