bodyattack BODYATTACK is a high-intensity, full-body workout with simple, sports-inspired moves. In a BODYATTACK class, you'll: Burn calories while toning and shaping Build stamina and improve your coordination and agility Improve your functional fitness – the fitness you need for everyday life Moves can be adjusted to your current fitness level and instructors will give you lots of options to tailor your workout to suit you. CLASS FEES Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships. Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.
