BODYATTACK is a high intensity, easy to follow workout with simple, sports-inspired moves. It’s great for your cardiovascular fitness.
BODYATTACK is a whole body workout that can be adjusted to your current fitness level – instructors will give you lots of options to tailor your workout to suit you.
BODYATTACK classes go for 55 minutes, but we also have a few 45 minute and express 30 minute classes. View our timetable here.

Fees
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or purchase multi-entry cards. This includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
