RPM

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of pumping music, all while burning fat and toning your legs, hips and butt.

Our instructors will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding – but you get to control the intensity.

You’ll repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

In an RPM class, you'll:

  • Burns up to 675 calories a session
  • Improves your aerobic fitness
  • Increases your strength and endurance

RPM classes go for 45 minutes in our Cycle Studio.

CLASS FEES

Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.

Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.

Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
