LES MILLS CORE
Les Mills Core is the ultimate workout for core definition and sports performance.
This class is all about building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, helping you improve your functional strength and assist in injury prevention.
The workout includes exercises that utilise a band, weight plates and bodyweight exercises likes crunches, planks and hovers.
In a 30 minute Les Mills CORE class, you'll:
- Increase your core strength and stability
- Improve your posture and movement control
- Build muscular endurance and resilience
- Restore function and balance to your core
There are also two extended 45 minute CORE classes on the timetable.

CLASS FEES
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.
Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
