LES MILLS CORE
Les Mills Core is the ultimate scientific core workout for incredible core definition and sports performance. This class is all about building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, helping you improve your functional strength and assist in injury prevention.
The workout includes exercises that utilise a band, weight plates and bodyweight exercises likes crunches, planks and hovers.

Fees
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or purchase multi-entry cards. This includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
