Les Mills Shapes fuses Pilates, barre and power yoga.
Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, Les Mills Shapes classes features a series of six low impact but high intensity strength workouts, achieved through small, controlled movements and repetition.
In a 45 minute Les Mills Shapes class, you'll:
- Improve your balance and stability
- Sculpt and strengthen all your major muscle groups
- Improve your posture
- Increase your core strength

CLASS FEES
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.
Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
