Throwdown Cardio/Power is a combination of high-intensity, high volume interval and variable intensity training.
Each session will be different using the Throwdown rig and other cardio pieces.
Aqua Cardio is a high energy, express 35 minute pool workout designed to focus on cardiovascular fitness, with higher and lower impact options.

BODYCOMBAT is a high-intensity mix of kick boxing, tai chi and karate that burns up to 740 calories per session.
Aqua 4 All is a shallow water, medium intensity workout that uses water and equipment for resistance.
It is a full body workout that combines cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning and interval training.
BODYPUMP works the whole body using a barbell and weight plates to shape and tone your muscles, while burning up to 560 calories per session.

SPIN is a group cycling class that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery. It’s great for those looking to improve their outdoor cycling techniques.
BODYBALANCE is a low impact workout inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates, leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
Mat Pilates is the perfect mix of low-impact mobility exercises that will help improve your flexibility, strength and posture.

Vinyasa Yoga links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. It releases tension in your body and helps you reset as you move through each sequence.
Our Over 50's exercise program features an everchanging timetable of studio and pool based classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
