BODYBALANCE is a low impact workout inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates, leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
Stretch & Flex classes improve your flexibility and mobility through a range of movements, stretches and poses.
This class is ideal for injury prevention and recovery, as well as your overall wellbeing.

The creche and Swim School are closed for the long weekend. The cafe is closed on Good Friday.
Bookings are unavailable from April 28 - May 12 due to construction.
